More than anything, we are looking for a team player (with a sense of humour) who puts our students and staff at the heart of their work.Main duties include:ØTo provide leadership of all aspects of the Sixth Form, including the application of the School’s polices and development priorities to secure high level outcomes for all students within the Sixth FormØTo oversee all aspects of pastoral provision for students in Sixth Form working with the Form Tutors, Sixth Form Pastoral Support Worker, Safeguarding team, Deputy Head of Sixth Form.ØTo lead on routine absence, punctuality and discipline issues that might arise within the Sixth Form.
