As Head of Delivery your primary remit will be to lead and drive the delivery team to greater operational effectiveness and commercial profitability, maximising utilisation on billable client work.This will be achieved by gaining a full understanding of the intricacies of the end-to-end delivery processes, to support and coach the team, as well as iteratively improving those processes.And as an expert in your field, you’ll also develop thorough knowledge of the mechanics of the bespoke solutions delivered for our clients, and the platforms which underpin them.As you might expect there’s a bunch of other roles and responsibilities, but we can provide a full job description and discuss this in more details later.About You (some of the key things you’ll need to succeed in this role+ A robust understanding of digital solutions which is on the spectrum between functional and technical to support and challenge the team where needed + A project management and/or ITIL certification would be beneficial, but not essential + Proven experience in delivery of digital projects and products to time, budget, and scope + Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills + Knowledge of CMS and/or headless CMS platforms; ideally Kentico or Kontent.ai, our platforms of choice + Good leadership abilitySound like a good fit?
