Head of Service – Residential Children’s ServicesHead of Service – Residential Children’s ServicesJob DescriptionHead of Service – Residential and ResourcesFull Time, Permanent £62,526 to £69,768 per annum- Scale NWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with previous residential management experience, to become the Head of Service – Residential and Resources.You will be responsible for the direct line management of several team managers in the service. You will use your business knowledge and Children’s Social Care expertise to ensure that team managers and their teams are confident in delivering outstanding Residential and Resource Services across the county, which are based on well informed risk assessments and the assessed needs of the children and young people.You will oversee the development of Residential, Community Resources and Supported Accommodation services from an operational and strategic perspective, to make most effective use of investments. This will include setting up and development of any new services, to provide what is needed and deliver the right services at the right time, based upon sound data analysis.You will be a caring and compassionate leader with a style that creates a culture of positivity that inspires others to deliver high quality care.
