The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, exceptional leadership skills, and a positive attitude. As part of a multi-academy trust, the Interim Head of School will drive educational excellence, support staff development, and foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students.Key Responsibilities:Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school.Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.Support and develop staff, promoting professional growth.Engage positively with the multi-academy trust and community stakeholders.Maintain and enhance the school's Good Ofsted rating.Requirements: Proven leadership experience in a primary school setting.
