Annual Salary: L28 – L32 inner London (£100,672 - £110,108)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Start date: September 2024 or sooner

Reporting to: Executive Principal

Aston Education is working with a respected medium size Multi-Academy Trust looking for a substantive Head of School for one of their successful Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary schools in Southeast London (inner London).

This is a new role that provides an experienced senior leader with the rare opportunity of working alongside an experienced and successful Executive Principal in leading the Academy.

This role will be focused on providing operational day-to-day leadership for this vibrant and diverse school. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing high quality of education for all pupils, including their personal development and excellent academic.

This will enable the current Executive Principal to work strategically in taking the school on the next stage of its’ journey.

This role would suit an experienced Vice Principal or Deputy Headteacher who might be considering headship but would like an additional experience and support before taking this important step.
