Leading transformation across School Improvement Services.You will have a proven trackrecord working as a Head of School Improvement and proven ability to work strategically and lead a large team.Your Role as Head of School Improvement:Provide exceptional service by fostering high expectations and inclusivity in all schools, clearly defining goals for school enhancement, exemplifying robust leadership and planning for sustained improvement, and fostering strong connections among school leaders.Enhance service quality by setting high standards and inclusivity across educational settings, establishing a distinct vision for school progress, demonstrating effective leadership strategies and succession planning, and nurturing strong relationships with and between school leaders.Uphold best practices and ensure regulatory compliance by performing any additional or relevant tasks to meet the job’s goals as instructed by the Line Manager.Your previous experience as Head of School Improvement:You have previously served as a Head of School Improvement, managing, and directing a team.You possess a proven track record of establishing key relationships with Headteachers, as well as external and internal stakeholders.You demonstrate an excellent understanding of school effectiveness and are well-versed in current educational legislation.You will be committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable individuals under your care or with whom you interact.You will exemplify strong leadership qualities including a clear sense of direction and purpose, creativity, resilience, credibility, presence, connectivity, and self-awareness.If you’re interested in discussing this opportunity in more detail or know someone who this may be of interest to, please contact Claudia Cafferata on ##### ##### or apply today. (We offer a senior referral scheme upon successful placement of your recommendation so please do get in contact)Our clients are passionate about creating and evolving a diverse workforce and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant.
