SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience within the catering equipment or food service industry is essential.
Previous Sales management experience, skilled in developing and motivating a sales team
Excellent communication skills in order to develop exceptional relationships with staff, clients and suppliers
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and tenders and ideally have experience in site surveying.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the head of sales you will play a pivotal role in generating opportunities
Managing your own pipeline and delivering project sales
Responsible for managing sales team and motivating and developing them
Working closely with the design, project management and marketing team to maximise sales within your team
