In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the sales initiatives, lead a talented sales team and drive revenue growth. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future of the sales department.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the internal sales team, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their successDevelop and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and propel business growthCultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key clients and partnersIdentify lucrative opportunities for expansion and devise effective strategies to capitalise on themStay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeCollaborate cross-functionally with departments like marketing and product development to align sales efforts with overall business objectivesPrepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management reviewKeep abreast of industry best practices and leverage them to enhance sales performanceOur Ideal CandidateAt this point in your career, you will understand the Drinks industry and have been working towards targets.
