After years of research, their founder has built a brand that focuses on pain management, using clean and natural products. They have an excellent team managing operations and are now looking for a dynamic and passionate Head of Sales to boost the performance of existing accounts, and develop new sales channels.This is a unique opportunity to join a fun, caring business and put your stamp on the future growth of the brand. Working closely with the Founder, you’ll take full ownership of revenue growth, and build the sales team to support further.The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, ideally across multiple channels, and a passion to make a difference in the wellness space.ResponsibilitiesManage existing portfolio of retail accounts, driving expansion into others and opening up distributor channelsDevelop, own, and execute the commercial strategyBuild and develop wider sales teamRequirementsExperience scaling FMCG brands, ideally in
