Head of Sales, Travel Media, London / Hybrid, £55-65k + bonus. An excellent opportunity to join this entrepreneurial, multi media business based in London where you will be responsible for driving sales across digital and print media.Head of Sales ResponsibilitiesLeading a small sales and commercial team of around 3 peopleGenerating new and innovative revenue streams for the businessMonetising site traffic via lead generation and advertising opportunitiesWork with the marketing team to create commercial packages that meet the needs of your partners / customersBuilding a sales pipeline of new partners / sponsors / advertisersRetain and grow the revenue from existing partnersHead of Sales skills requiredExperience in digital sales is a must but broader exposure to print and offline channels would also be an advantageTravel industry experience preferred but other background will also be consideredA successful track record of leading and developing a small teamAbility to deliver creative solutions to meet customer needsResilient and drivenExcellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsHead of Sales additional details and benefitsA basic salary in the region of £55,000 £65,000 per annnum + up to 40% bonus/commission25 days holiday + bank holidayHybrid working (3 days in London and 2 days remote)Don’t keep a good thing to yourselfWe grow our business through referrals, so please don’t keep us to yourself.
