As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team.
Position Overview:
This role is for an individual with an outstanding background in real estate sales (ideally investment property) and expertise in general property investment. The Head of Sales at the Seventy Ninth Group will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for driving sales of our commercial offices and leisure (luxury holiday lodge) properties, as well as associated financial products such as regulated property funds and private capital raising vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Execute all aspects of sales including:
Work with our development team to maximise pricing/value of our assets.
Work with our marketing team to develop sales content and identify the most appropriate sales/marketing channels.
Establish partnerships with businesses to engage in property sales, and building existing and new distribution channels.
Develop and execute a direct sales campaign to our existing client base.
In-person site visits and negotiations with potential purchasers/investors.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Work with in-house/external legal teams to complete sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record in exceeding real estate sales targets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Experience with multi-million pound developments. (Ideally investment property).
Confident selling commercial & leisure properties (Offices & Holiday Lodges).
Good knowledge of the property financing sector.
Self-starter, we’ll give you direction and expect you to deliver results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creative mindset to assess market trends and opportunities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to travel as required.
