Job DescriptionHead of SalesLocation: Remote role but with some presence in Cumbria and Newcastle Full time: PermanentBase Salary: Up to £80k DOE plus uncapped commission when the team hits 100% targetCompany: SaaS tech B2B covering the following sectors; healthcare, education, government, sports and leisure, residential properties.We are on the lookout for an experienced Head of Sales who will be responsible for overseeing both new business acquisition and account management, with a focus on achieving a team target of £4-£5 million. With a commitment to instilling excellence and implementing best practices in sales enablement, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in refining and advancing our client’s sales strategies to fuel growth. Additionally, in line with our client’s expansion goals, this role entails recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing new talent while fostering the development of existing 12-13 team members.The Role:Create and implement thorough sales support programs, including training, coaching, tools, and resources, to empower and enhance the capabilities of the sales team.Collaborate cross-functionally to craft impactful sales collateral, presentations, and assets that streamline the sales process and boost revenue generation.Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts to provide insightful reports.Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to extract actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Conduct thorough analysis of sales data and market trends to pinpoint areas for enhancement and expansion.Identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly to maximise results.Streamline sales processes and systems to bolster operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment across the organisation.Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and ongoing improvement.Who are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.Demonstrated sales leadership in B2B SaaS environments including recruiting and developing sales professionals.Proficient in CRM software and sales tools for activity tracking, pipeline management, and report generation.Analytical thinker capable of interpreting sales data and identifying trends for informed decision-making.Prior experience with HubSpot.Don’t meet every single requirement?
