My Client, an awarding winning Catering company based in East London is looking for a Head of Sales who will be heading up a team of 2 people.

The Head of Sales will be managing the full sales cycle as well as being the first point of contact for all enquiries.

Working closely with the Operations team the Head of Sales ensures that all events are handed over smoothly using a friendly and warm approach at all times

Create proposals to each clients brief.

Use the company CRM (Caterease) for all sales and events procedures

Confirm all events with a detailed handover to Events Manager

Conduct tastings on the company premises and off-site locations as part of the event sales process.

Conduct venue site visits etc

Maintaining the company sales funnel within Caterease

Requirements:-

  • Strong written and spoken communication
  • Excellent time management
  • A very good understanding of the sales process and how to attract new business
  • A flair for networking and an enthusiasm for meeting new people
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CaterEase or similiar event/catering CRM system
  • Must have worked in the Events Catering world
  • Based in the office 5 days a week
