Job DescriptionAs the Head of Sales and Operations, you will drive the sales and success of this travel company, reporting directly to the Managing Director.Playing a key role in the success of the business, you will be a natural and inspirational leader with a proven track record of delivery.Your key objective will be to deliver a strategy through a rounded, responsive approach to achieve business targets, maximise sales revenue, optimise ROI, improve conversion, service levels and increase market share.You will be knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic. An energetic operator with a proven track record of success within Tour Operations is required to power the next phase of this companies growth.
