Head of Sales Operations (Distribution)

AXA Global Healthcare are recruiting for an exciting new position as Head of Sales Operations. You’ll be an inspired and motivated individual able to support the Distribution team in spearheading its ambitious growth targets in the global IPMI market. You’ll be focused on the delivery of support activities, projects, governance and report management requirements.At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.What you’ll be doing: Support the Global Distribution team on goals, reporting, achievement, and general sales activities.Be the key driver in strategic planning, sales strategy, governance and special projects.Build dashboards via CRM systems to supervise, manage, and provide insights on critical metrics.Support the enhancements of MBR systems across the Distribution team.Build and develop relationships with the Distribution team and Senior stakeholders to increase efficiency and responsiveness in existing and planned operations.Develop models and analysis to support our decision making and strategy.Translate strategy into specific business initiatives, develop operational plans, execute, measure, and iterate.Partner with the Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Insurers and Finance teams to identify new sales strategies and other opportunities to continuously improve the Inside Sales organization’s impact and efficiency.Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest.
