Job DescriptionLead and motivate a sales team to achieve set targets.Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company objectives.Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.Forecast sales volumes and profits for current and new products.Coordinate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board. The Successful Applicant A successful Head Of Sales And Marketing should have: · Proven leadership skills including team development and performance management· Minimum of 5 years working in distribution or channel management· Proven track records of achieving results, ideally within a technology sector· Enthusiasm for working in a Technology environment and the ability to motivate others· Strong operational knowledge of sales metrics/results· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Must be able to work independently and on own initiative· Good exposure to marketing previously
