To complement their growth and success they are looking for a Head of Sales who has extensive experience in managing internal teams.This role will work across the company’s retail solutions division and in collaboration with the wider retail field sales team and the team will be responsible for developing, facilitating and implementing sales strategies to a portfolio of dealer groups.The groups retail products provide websites plugin conversion tools, digital marketing, dealer management systems and customer retention solutions into dealers and OEM’s.Office Based – London (2 days a week)£50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary depending on experience30% bonus25 Days HolidayRoleOpportunities like this do not come around too often, this exciting role involves looking after the internal SME sales team across the business.The role can be split into three core areas.Stakeholder Management – The role will involve dealing with multiple internal and external relationships across the business.Strategic Planning – Making sure the business is at the forefront on the ever evolving software space, providing the best possible solutions to their dealer partners.Team Management – Look after a diverse, who manage multiple dealer relationships across the UK.About YouA strong and passionate leader with experience leading and growing internal sales teams.Experience in software and technology would be an advantage, however they would happily look at people coming directly from other telesales related commercial companies.In depth experience of scaling B2B sales teams and exposure to transactional sales processes, would be a great benefit.Must have operated in entrepreneurial, fast paced environments.You will be experienced in supporting with training and development – providing the infrastructure for them and their teams to thrive.Seniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Sales, Customer Service, and Training Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, Retail Motor Vehicles, and Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at PIE Recruitment by 2xGet notified about new
