Head of RM/Pricing UK - London

We are working with global PE backed attractions business, on their London focussed Head of Revenue Management. London attractions represent their second largest EBITDA, so this is a crucial hire.
The Head of Revenue Management/Pricing will collaborate with Trade, Ecommerce & Operations to optimise revenue for attractions, maintaining a balance between volume, revenue per customer (RPC), and guest KPIs. Utilizing revenue management tools and analysis, they'll provide insights to regional leadership, identify opportunities, and ensure realization of each attraction's potential.
KEY OBJECTIVES
• Execute strategy for London attractions, leading trading discussions and developing relationships across sales channels to align trading decisions with revenue management goals.
• Enhance global sales strategy for multi-attraction ticketing, testing best practices in London and disseminating learnings globally.
• Implement revenue management best practices across UK sites, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
• Utilize data insights to communicate recommendations, deliver regular revenue reporting, and support stakeholders in achieving revenue targets.
• Form relationships with stakeholders across sales channels, supporting revenue targets and optimizing pricing strategies.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of Revenue Management/Pricing experience, from consultancy or a relevant sector.
• Strong quantitative and data analytical awareness, and experience liaising with tech teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrable experience in communicating pricing/RM to stakeholders with different perspectives and objectives.
• National/international role experience leading cross-discipline teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power BI.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new concepts and industries.
