Head of Risk Management and Clinical GovernanceHead of Risk Management and Clinical Governance – Full time – Competitive Salary – CrowboroughA leading hospital in the Crowborough area is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead their Clinical Governance department in continuously improving their healthcare services.This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The role will be primary based in the Crowborough site, with an opportunity to work across all sites.Role Responsibilities:• Lead and develop the Clinical Governance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety• Prepare clear and concise reports on clinical governance matters, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and committees• Apply clinical expertise to performance monitoring, risk management, root cause analysis, and clinical audit activities.Qualifications:• Registered healthcare professional (GMC, HCPC, or NMC) with substantial experience in a senior clinical role within the healthcare sectorSkills Required:• Good knowledge of CQC regulations and standards• A proven track record in clinical risk management and quality improvement initiatives• Excellent leadership skills with a proactive and approachable demeanourPlease contact Siobhan Dyson at Servisource Healthcare to apply on Apply
