Job DescriptionWe are working for a globally renowned premium brand who are looking for a Head of Retail to lead the overall retail strategy for their flagship and concession stores across the UK. Reporting to the Managing Director and part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving retail growth in line with business ambitions, leading retail operations, budget forecasting, team development and delivering a best-in-class education programme. Responsibilities include:Working with the MD, Head of Finance, Head of Commercial to ensure the P&L productivity plans and profitability targets are being met.Prepare and agree a 3-year vision and strategy & sales plan for each store, outlining the ambitions to improve sales, customer experience and brand image, and the initiatives needed to achieve those ambitions.Deliver inspirational store visits to engage teams, observe customers, review implementation, gain feedback and identify opportunities.Develop, coach, and lead the team to help achieve a high-performing culture, driving an expectation of excellence from our people and holding the team to account.Drive an exceptional and consistent customer experience, ensuring that customer KPIs are achieved in all stores and that customer feedback is actively used to drive improvements.Measure, track and enhance optimum stock levels via monthly demand planning activity, correct assortment and tactical sales action plans.Lead Visual Merchandising execution, delivering consistent best in class execution.Deliver inspirational, well managed and cost-effective new store openings.Lead retail refits programme to ensure the estate is updated and kept relevant.What we are looking for:Extensive experience in luxury retail and sales Experience in a senior retail management roleProven track record in achieving targets and driving sales growthStrong leadership skills with ability to motivate, inspire, coach and develop a teamEntrepreneurial and drivenExcellent analytical and organisational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
