The completion of the deal saw Company of Cooks become the group’s go-to operators in heritage and performance venues, art galleries and destinations.Key responsibilitiesOversee the service of all event and restaurant operations within the Royal Opera House (ROH).Lead, inspire and develop a team of over 60, with six direct report managers.Be present during core services ensuring that all customers receive the best possible service as well as providing an initial point of contact should there be any questions or concerns.Oversee the planning and organisation of bespoke events and functions with attention to detail. Ensure they are delivered to the required standards.Manage assigned events, take responsibility for any last-minute changes the organiser may make, and act upon them confidently.Build, maintain, and develop a strong and close professional relationship with the ROH Events Team and other ROH departments with their event and catering requirements.Manage and develop the relationship with any key accounts or patrons to ensure that business levels are maintained and increased year to yearWhat's in it for you?Working with Company of Cooks has its perks!
