Start-up specilasing in Electrolysers and producing Green Hydrogen
They have already secured long-term contracts and have found a strong niche in the market
The leaders of the business have operated in this market for 20+ years and are well known voices in the sector
The Role
Lead the strategy for the R&D function of the business
Coach and mentor team members
Become the SME within the team
Take control of building out the team
The Ideal Candidate
Masters degree or PhD in Chemistry
Circa 5 years of experience managing Research and Development teams.
Experience in scale-up manufacturing
