Niyaa People are looking for a Head of Repairs to join a Housing association in the West midlands. You will be joining a team which is passionate and people focused. On the day to day you will effectively lead and manage the responsive repairs, maintenance, facilities, and estates teams, ensuring that key performance indicators and metrics are met in the delivery of a quality repairs, facilities, and estates service.

As the Head of Repairs you will;

• Oversee the maintenance and estate teams
• Ensure continuous improvement through the repairs and maintenance program
• Achieve key KPIs around complaints and turnaround times.
• Manage compliance and risk in line with the regulator's recommendations.
