£150,000 - £200,000 per annum
Plus shares, non-contributory pension and bonus
Remote / Hybrid (depending on your location)
Senior Leadership position with a fast-growing scale-up Medical Technology company.
Core focus on providing vision, leadership, support, collaboration, and direction that ensures complex medical technologies are delivered to the highest standard.
You will take a hands-on approach to leading the Regulatory function, working closely with the quality and manufacturing teams, and will have the skills to:
Implement the Regulatory strategy to achieve strategic operational goals.
Guarantee the continual compliance of regulatory standards for products and processes to ensure reliability, consistency, and safety.
Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the regulatory function.
Collaborate with other teams and functions across the business to drive best practices in the approach to regulation.
This role has a focus on team leadership, mentoring and coaching of the existing regulatory leadership team.
As well as responsibilities for the further growth and development of the team.
While implementing regulatory strategy supporting global expansion.
Seeking high-level leadership/mentoring/coaching skills combined with in-depth pre- and post-market regulatory affairs experience.
This role will be focused on managing global product registrations in Europe, USA, China and Japan and beyond.
Whilst managing post-market surveillance activities of complex medical devices.
Experience managing US/FDA approvals is required.
In-depth experience of Class II/III of complex active (electronic/software) products is also required.
