At Adaptable Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Regulated Services to join a well established Charity in the Liverpool area with a
brilliant office environment plus a great culture.
Package:
up to £42,000 DOE plus 5% car allowance - (9-5pm - 37.5 hours)
Holidays:
27 days + bank

Liverpool- Fully Office based - Parking on site
Main Responsibilities to include:
Supporting the Leadership Team in the delivery and development of high quality services achieved through the involvement of service users, staff and other stakeholders
Providing Line Management support to members of the Operational Leadership Team
Contributing to the wider thinking and planning of the organisation to ensure vision and objectives are embedded and achieved
To support services and managers to embed a therapeutic approach
Establishing, promoting and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided across services
Specific Duties :
Ensure services are compliant with CQC regulations and standards
Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance
Prepare for and participate in CQC inspections and audits
