Their aim is to enhance the quality of life for their patients by supporting to their physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual and social needs while also supporting the families and carers, enabling each person to live every day to the full. Your Role: You will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational delivery of Regular Giving income, this includes individual giving, legacy, gift aid, in-memory fundraising, direct marketing and lottery. Some main responsibilities include:Design, execute and monitor a comprehensive Regular Giving strategyIdentify new and improved ways of working to maximise full income generation potential as well as developing the brand and visibilityDevelop and maintain key external and internal relationships critical to the achievement of planned objectivesProactively seek ways to enhance the brand to promote greater understanding of the services alongside the Communications, Marketing and wider Income Generation teamDevelop, deliver and evaluate Regular Giving operational plansLine management of the Regular Giving OfficerOversee individual giving campaigns and ensure gift aid processes are optimisedAgree appropriate KPIs and report on them monthly to drive performance and inform decision makingManage and develop the existing legacy strategyOversee all aspects of the lottery operation, including compliance, marketing, and supporter engagement to ensure growth and retentionOversee the management of the CRM database, ensuring accurate donor records, segmentation, and excellent communicationDevelop and manage an annual budget, reporting on performance against thisEnsure excellent donor stewardship, creating clear donor journeys for retention and growthProvide visible and effective leadership and management to the team Person Specification Educated to degree level plus 3 years experience in fundraising, sales management, marketing, customer care or PRWill consider 5 years’ experience in the above if no formal qualifications are heldExperience in creating, delivering and adapting strategic plans to deliver significant revenue growthDemonstrated success in effectively managing partnerships, creating stewardship plans of account development strategiesAbility to review activity to understand impact and return on investmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, creating engaging effective proposals and presentationsStrong influencing skills, ability to maintain beneficial relationshipsOrganisations skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, working independently and managing a diverse workloadProject management skills, ability to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate initiatives to meet deadlinesStrong team player, able to effectively collaborate with colleaguesCreative and innovative with the ability to take a unique approach to problem-solving, flexible, positive and open to changeExperience working with systems and databasesFull driving license requiredTo speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Caila Cunningham () at Honeycomb onIf you have a disability which means you require assistance at any stage of the recruitment process, please contact us directly to discuss.
