We have partnered with an industry leading Green Hydrogen and Energy Storage start-up who are looking for someone to lead their R&D department. This is a key position in their growth plans as they develop the solutions to solve global climate challenges.

The Company

• Start-up specilasing in Electrolysers and producing Green Hydrogen
• They have already secured long-term contracts and have found a strong niche in the market
• The leaders of the business have operated in this market for 20+ years and are well known voices in the sector

The Role

• Lead the strategy for the R&D function of the business
• Coach and mentor team members
• Become the SME within the team
• Take control of building out the team

The Ideal Candidate

• Masters degree or PhD in Chemistry
• Circa 5 years of experience managing Research and Development teams.
• Experience in scale-up manufacturing
