We’re a team of product focused Quality specialists who work cross functionality with teams in technology, data , product and reliability delivering the best outcomes for our clients.We are dedicated to embedding quality in product delivery and working with all Kaluza teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards.What will I be doing?Kaluza is currently in an exciting growth phase, undergoing the next phase of our technology journey as we support our clients.We are seeking a Head of Quality to join our team. As the Head of Quality , you will be responsible for leading and managing our QA teams to ensure the highest level of product quality. You will be responsible for design and delivering QA strategies, defining quality standards, and overseeing the frameworks that support our product teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
