Milton Keynes – Head of Quality – Salary £60-70k – ElectronicsMy client are leaders in the electronic manufacturing industry. The company are increasingly growing to meet the advancing demands and are looking for a Head of Quality.Main Duties:Provide leadership to the quality department and team. Manage, develop, and motivate an effective Quality teamManage all aspects of Organisation's QualityOwn and lead the business ECN (Engineering Change Note) ProcessWork with Production, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Logistics to integrate Quality objectives into business objectivesLead coordination with engineering, product management and operations to implement manufacturing plan for productsOwn process to monitor status of all new products Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholdersMaintain a strong relationship with Product Management to understand business product roadmap and statusKey Skills and Experience:Previous experience within a Quality Manager/Head of Quality type roleExperience within an electronics manufacturing environmentKnowledge of ISO 9001 The salary for the position is £60-70k depending on experience.If you feel like you have the right skills and experience, then please apply with a copy of your updated CV and we will be in touch with more details.
