Head of Quality (RP)

Walker Cole International are currently supporting a Midlands-based Pharmaceutical business with their search for a Head of Quality and Responsible Person. As Head of Quality you will provide leadership and support to the site whilst ensuring GMDP compliance for the business.�

You will be responsible for:�

• Providing leadership and strategic direction to the Quality Assurance team, ensuring their overall training and development


• Overseeing all commercial batch release for externally manufactured products�


• Acting as the Responsible Person for the site, being named on their WDA license


• Hosting both client audits and regulatory inspections�

You must have:�

• A Life Sciences degree (or equivalent)


• At least 5 years of experience working within a GMDP environment in the Pharmaceutical industry


• Been named on a WDA license as a Responsible Person


• Significant experience leading and developing a team
