Panoramic Associates are working with a social housing provider in South London in the search for a Head of Property Services to oversee operational maintenance services across their portfolio, ensuring compliance, budget adherence, and tenant satisfaction. You will lead a team to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions while maintaining legal standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the in-house repairs team for excellence in health and safety, tenant experience, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide strategic direction for service development, including health and safety, compliance, budget management, and colleague engagement.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive the overall repairs strategy and business plan, integrating technology for efficiency.
• Manage resources effectively to meet service delivery needs and ensure compliance with regulatory aspects.
• Champion continuous improvement through data analysis, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Social Housing.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead teams and build strong relationships.
• IT proficiency, particularly in Excel.
• Full driving license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
