We are working with a National Firm who are looking to recruit an experienced commercial property manager to run a team of 4 from their offices in the South East. You can work from home as well at a London office and/or other satellite offices in the Home Counties
The Head of Property Management is responsible for leading the Property Management division, developing a strategy to enhance services to our clients and to build our property management portfolio with profitable business. The role acts as the technical leadfor the division ensuring all policies, procedures and regulations are adhered to, whether statutory, RICS, client-based or internal.
The role is client facing, engages in property management, and also leads and manages the property management team, delegating the client support and finance functions to a manager.
Key Accountabilities
1. Has leadership and management responsibilities for the Property Management division, setting strategy for the division and agrees KPI targets for the division and its members, ensuring there are adequate resources to deliver services to clients efficiently and effectively.
2. Is an inspiring leader and manager of the division, promoting high performance from all team members, communicating regularly via team meetings and by other means.
3. Is an ambassador for the company, supporting the promotion of the company’s Vision & Values
4. Delivers the property management income and contribution targets as well as any personal objectives.
5 Develops the breadth and quality of services offered in property management, collaborating with other division leaders, and demonstrates income growth each year in property management services, and identifies new opportunities for expansion.
6. Ensures all property management activity complies with statutory, RICS and other regulations, processes, and procedures, arranging training where required.
7. Creates, owns, and drives the business development strategy to win and resource new business.
