Head of Projects Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Projects to join a leading FM provider in Portsmouth, This is a full time permanent position covering a portfolio of retail sites across Portsmouth, London and Leeds.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead teams providing training and development Generate a sales pipeline to deliver revenues to the business unit Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetEnsure the safe delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence.Plan and develop long term opportunities by creating a pipeline of opportunities.Ensure projects are delivered on all maintenance contracts.Manage Business unit forecastNegotiate contractual obligations and disputes upstream and downstreamEssential ExperienceProven track record of delivering projects in a retail environment Experience of developing new project opportunitiesProven experience of running a P&LDemonstrable evidence of having managed a team Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals
