If so, we want you to lead our team as the Head of Projects and Transformation for Levy at The O2 Arena.As Head of Projects and Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and delivering key projects to meet strategic objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and implement transformational initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project outcomes and sustainable transformation.OverviewLevy is the vibrant and exciting sector of Compass Group, the world's largest catering company. At the core of our work is the belief that sustainably sourced great food and drink, coupled with exceptional service is key to creating legendary experiences.Focussed on ‘doing the right thing' for our people and the planet. sustainability, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion are at the heart of what we do.We have a commitment to being Net Zero by 2027, are official partners of the British Paralympic Association, and are proud to pay all our team members at least the Real Living Wage or London Living Wage.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and collaboration.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate disruptions.Transformational Initiatives:Drive organizational change by spearheading transformational initiatives aligned with strategic goals and business priorities.Assess current processes, systems, and practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Develop and implement change management strategies to foster employee engagement, adoption, and readiness for transformation.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, department heads, project sponsors, and team members.Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions effectively to ensure alignment and manage expectations.Address stakeholder concerns, resolve conflicts, and solicit feedback to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.Resource Management:Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support project objectives and deliverables.Identify resource gaps or constraints and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address them proactively.Optimize resource utilization and productivity through effective planning, prioritization, and coordination.Performance Measurement and Reporting:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project success and transformational impact.Establish regular reporting mechanisms to track progress, analyze trends, and evaluate project outcomes against predefined targets.Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management based on performance insights and lessons learned.PeopleWork closely with the management team to develop and sustain a high level of team energy and engagement, focused on great food and hospitality.Conduct regular performance reviews and talent management / succession planning activity.Ensure effective team communication flows throughout the venue.Ensure that any required training and development is delivered in line with any transformation projects if required.PERSON SPECIFICATIONA person who combines all of the points below and performs in a positive, energetic manner therefore driving buy in from all stakeholders and enjoying the experience along the way.Experienced in the commercial sector, having taken direction, and delivered business transformation programs that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and commercial success.Financially astute and understands financial modelling.Displays the ability to be planned and methodical in their approach, with an objective and considered point of view. Strategically focused, someone who engages and contributes to discussions in relation to operational strategy.Project management, experienced in delivering projects and/or complex initiatives in line with time and budget parameters.Deliverance of strategy.
