Job DescriptionInterv_l are supporting one of our clients at forefront of urban electrification, powered by innovation and supported by strong financial backing, we're helping them build a dynamic crew; passionate about bringing convenient charging to those who can't charge off-street at home.Committed to sustainability, they're shaping the future of clean transportation and we're on the look out for a Head of Projects and Design to help lead the charge, electrify communities, and redefine urban mobility.What you'll need! Client Management Experience; a background in managing client accounts and contracts maintaining strong relationships meeting contractual obligations.Experience with Local Authorities or government bodies as they may be involved in regulatory aspects or partnership opportunities related to EV infrastructure.Strong familiarity with contract management processes, including tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.Experience with publicly accessible EV charging points and understanding the dynamics of the EV industryExperience in infrastructure planning or transport planning could provide valuable insights into the development and expansion of EV charging networks.What you'll be doing!Collaborating with various departments such as Sales, EV Services, Planning and Operations, Legal, and Finance.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering feedback on performance and maintaining a strong understanding of their objectives and needs.Oversee all aspects of contract management, including compliance monitoring, tracking key dates, and working with relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth, upselling, and acquiring new business, while ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.Conduct regular client check-in meetings, prepare client reports, engage both internally and externally, and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.Demonstrate alignment with the company culture, which values dedication, high performance, and a passion for sustainability and clean energy initiatives.
