Ensure the progress of all projects are planned and coordinated accordingly to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget.
Take ownership of project coordination and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure game development and design teams move towards deadlines.
Set and deliver strategic goals for the production department.
Line manage direct reports to ensure their objectives and personal development is maintained.
