Factory Manager:
Our client is top of their field, years ahead of the competition when it comes to factory facilities, commercial relationships & automation. The environment is second to none. We are now looking for a Factory Manager to drive producing high-quality products for their end customers. Within this role, you will be driving operational performance. You'll be taking on a strong production team who are looking for leadership to become more effective in their ways of working. You'll be providing direction to a team across a 24/7 operation to ensure service levels are met whilst hitting quality standards. The team are currently on a continuous improvement journey so it will be expect that you are au fait with the latest tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of production operations
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, workflows, and systems.
• Mentor and develop the production team and the growth culture.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a production management role within the food industry at leadership level
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and machinery would be ideal
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able work across multi-functional teams
• Familiar with team development techniques
