Head of Product

Job DescriptionWe're now seeking a Head of Product to join a leading travel business based in the Northwest.Joining our clients established commercial product department, this position will have responsibility for developing and executing the travel product strategy ensuring to achieve business objectives. You will take a lead on the curation and development of their luxury programmes ensuring to secure private access and unique hotel products for our clients customers.Alongside this, you will also lead, guide and motivate the product team. You will work closely with the team to develop their skills, demonstrate the product vision and inspire the team to work towards the desired goals.The successful applicant will have gained previous product management experience at a senior level in travel. You will be commercially and strategically minded with proven success leading a high performing team.The business offers a hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home per week.Applicants must have a travel industry background to be considered for this position.This is not a digital technical product / e-commerce role.Please Note: Due to high volumes of applications for this job, only successful applicants will be contacted.
