We have a unique opportunity for a Head of Product to join our established, progressive company based in London. By joining Redshaw Advisors you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of environmental markets and contribute to a more sustainable economy through impactful product innovation.Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Product to lead the development and management of our product platform, driving innovation and scalability in our insight and advisory business. You will be instrumental in defining the product strategy, overseeing its lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. The Head of Product also leads the Research & Development team, ensuring that all activity is commercially focused and leads to client success.Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Vision:•Define and communicate the product vision based on market dynamics, customer requirements, and company goals.•Lead the strategic direction of the product roadmap, continuously optimising for market relevance and scalability.•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product strategy with broader business objectives.Market Research and Insights:•Lead the R&D team to conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.•Use market insights to inform product development priorities and enhancements.•Assist the team to identify and coordinate key events/conferences to participate in.Product Development and Lifecycle Management:•Oversee the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.•Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.Regulatory Compliance and Security:•Ensure platform is kept up to date with global carbon pricing regulations and coverage.•Oversee the implementation of robust measures to safeguard user data and transactions.User Experience (UX) Design and Stakeholder Engagement:•Champion a seamless and intuitive user experience through effective UX design principles.•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that product drives revenue from direct client engagement.Partnerships and Integrations:•Identify and maintain strategic partnerships and integration opportunities to expand platform capabilities and market reach.•Select and manage vendor relationships as required.Analytics and Optimisation:•Implement analytics tools to track platform performance and user behaviour.•Utilise data-driven insights to optimise product features and drive user adoption.Thought Leadership and Education:•Serve as a subject matter expert on environmental markets, internally and externally.•Coach the R&D team to develop expertise and thought leadership positions on agreed subject areas.•Educate customers, partners, and internal teams on the platform's value proposition and functionality.Qualifications and Skills:•Proven experience (5+ years) in product development and management ideally within the environmental, sustainability, or energy sectors.•An understanding of environmental markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry dynamics.•Track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products or platforms.•Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.•Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities to engage and align diverse stakeholders.•Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and combating climate change.•Proven team management and development experience.•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.Additional Requirements:•International experience and/or familiarity with global environmental markets.•Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced SME environment and be able to roll up your sleeves.•Strategic thinker with a focus on driving innovation whilst utilising a data driven approach and delivering business impact.•Commitment to advancing environmental sustainability through innovative product solutions.What’s in it for you:· Salary and performance-based incentives to attract the best· Flexible/ Hybrid work arrangements 3 days in office/2 days WFH· Opportunities for career growth and professional development· Exposure to cutting-edge developments in the environmental markets· Dynamic and collaborative work environment· Private Healthcare· Mental Health and Wellbeing Assistance· Cycle to Work Scheme· Enhanced
