Job Description
Head of Product- OTA specialised in UK holidays – £50k per year + car allowance +bonus
. An exciting opportunity to join a growing business who is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Head of product to join their team in developing their UK holiday product further.
Head of Product Responsibilities
Building and developing new products in line with the business growth strategy plan
Managing current partners across the UK
Onboarding new partners to increase product range
Working closely with other colleagues to ensure new products are in line with the sales strategy
Ensure all KPI’s are met in line with the growth business plans
Travelling when needed to meet new potential partners
This role reports into the MD a
Head of Product Skills Required
Expertise in product development in similar environment or tour operator
Good management skills, with previous experience in a similar role
Strong negotiation, commercial and communication skills
Commercial and negotiation skills
A self-driven, motivated, problem solver professional
Charismatic people person
Head of Product Additional Details
A basic salary in the region of £50k
Car allowance + bonus
Office based role in Colchester
