Job DescriptionLead the product team to deliver innovative and customer-focused products across channels.Develop and implement strategies for product development and portfolio management.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.Oversee the entire product life cycle, from conception to launch and beyond.Full-range architecture, gap analysis, new product development, and price activation.Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and timeliness of delivery.Manage resources, budgets, and timelines related to product development and delivery.Conduct regular reviews and analyses of product performances and work out a CIP.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development processes. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Product must have:A strong background in DIY/ Trading/ Home Improvement buying management with product development.Proven buying experience with senior stakeholder management within a national retail brand.Successfully landed and launched product ranges for kitchens, bathrooms, homes, etc.Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities with a heavy focus on product.Technical understanding and experience in launching stone/ ceramics/ porcelain ranges are highly advantageous.Strong project management and team leadership skills.Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the premium home improvement sector.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all seniority levels.
