We are now hiring a Head of Product – Investments, to take ownership and responsibility for the delivery of excellent customer outcomes within the Investments team, supporting the objectives of the Investments business.Working closely with the Investments Director, the role provides leadership and direction to the team’s product manager's and analyst's and is responsible for the delivery of market research and propositional positioning, product development & governance, together with regulatory alignment and oversight of the team’s investment operations.Responsibilities of the role:Delivery of AJ Bell customer outcomes including customer insight analysis.Monitor competitive landscape including business intelligence on agreed market competitors.Maintain knowledge of regulatory landscape, rules and guidance.Maintenance of Product Proposition Document.Management and oversight of projects to implement business initiatives.Produce papers to support changes to product proposition.Management of third-party contracts and third-party contract providers.Provide oversight of investment operations.Development and production of Investment Management MI.Provide Reports to and attendance at Departmental committees.Development of investment propositions to ensure they remain relevant and competitive, working closely with the Investments Director and the Managing Director.Recruit, train, mentor and develop Departmental employees, including setting team objectives, reviewing performance against objectives whilst providing motivation, engagement and recognition where appropriate.Planning, developing and deploying resources to ensure delivery of investment outcomes in line with agreed budgets.Delivery of good customer outcomes including customer insight analysisThe role reports to the Managing Director – Investments & D2C.About you:Excellent Analytical & Problem Solving SkillsHighly InnovativeExcellent Interpersonal & Communication SkillsStrong Project Management Skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Advanced Report Writing SkillsAdvanced Microsoft OfficeSkillsPresentation SkillsAbout us:AJ Bell is one of the fastest-growing investment platform businesses in the UK offering an award-winning range of solutions that caters for everyone, from professional financial advisers to DIY investors with little to no experience.
