Job Description
Head of Design and Research
I am looking for a Head of Design and research to join a one of the world's leading private banks and wealth firms.
You will be leading design and research across the business, driving strategic initiatives and managing the design strategy across all core banking, wealth and investment products. You will need to be an expert at delivering change, working hand in hand with the digital MD to pitch to the Exco and transform the business.
They are going through a huge amount of transformation and they need someone to create the processes, build the structures and develop the systems that will allow design to really flourish.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
Be exceptionally strategic with brilliant stakeholder management skills
Experience within highly regulated or financial services environments
Experience leading top performing teams including researchers and be a brilliant coach and mentor.
What they can offer:
Up to around £130,000 - £160,000 + bonus
Hybrid working in central London, 2+ days a month
