We have a range of product strengths that we offer for Womenswear, Menswear, and Children wear:
Woven – tops, bottoms, dresses & tailoring
Outerwear – jackets and coats (except original down)

Knitwear – sweaters that range from 3gg to 14gg
Our Design and Product Development is the founding principle the Dongyi Business has been built on. We offer high-quality fabrics /yarn at very competitive prices inexperienced factories.
Tasks
Lead the product development process from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and production to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectation.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance the company's competitive position.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Mas
Proven track record of success in product development and sales leadership roles within the apparel industry.
Deep understanding of apparel buying and sourcing processes, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to reside in Dhaka, Bangladesh (250 days minimum in a year).
