Head of Procurement

Location: Home-Based with travel where required

We're on the lookout for an experienced Head of Procurement & Supply Chain to play a pivotal role in leading the procurement and supply chain strategies. This role is designed for a proven people leader who is ready to take charge of all sourcing and contract management strategies, ensuring they align with the ambitious corporate objectives.

You will lead a team of procurement specialists to set and implement innovative sourcing strategies, manage contracts, and foster relationships with senior stakeholders. If you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in procurement and supply chain management within a Technology or Telecommunications organisation

• Lead with Vision: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with overarching business goals.
• Team Excellence: Drive the performance of a team of Procurement Specialists, empowering them to excel in sourcing, category strategy, and contract management.
• Stakeholder Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
• Innovate and Improve: Leverage insights to innovate procurement processes, manage risks, and contribute significantly to business growth initiatives.

• A seasoned leader in procurement and supply chain management, capable of inspiring a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
• A world class procurement professional with robust Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management and Contract Management expertise
• A procurement specialist who has demonstrable expertise in either the Telecommunications or Technology industries
• Experienced in crafting and executing procurement strategies in a dynamic environment.
• Adept at senior-level stakeholder management, with a talent for fostering strong internal and external relationships.
• A strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, able to use data to drive decision-making and strategy development.
