We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solicitor to join and head up a highly reputable Private Client department which currently stands at 22 strong.The successful candidate will most likely be at Senior Associate or Partner level and will have some experiences managing other fee earners or managing a team while continuing to work on your own caseload.Duties include:Leadership and management of the Private Client departmentProactively networking within the team to bring on new business and generate an excellent reputation.Independently managing own caseload of private client mattersResponsible for providing high quality, timely, professional advice.Visiting clients in their own environmentMentoring and coaching more junior members of the teamThe successful candidate will have:Extensive post-qualified experience handling an array of Private Client matters of varying complexitiesProven management capabilities, either leading a team or managing a departmentA Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients’ needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPackage:Highly Competitive SalaryCompetitive Annual leaveLife InsuranceGood company pensionDog friendly office daysFlexible working (40% in office 60% from home)Join this highly reputable firm that is one of Brighton’s largest legal practices.
