Head of Performance Marketing
Purpose of Role
eComplete is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing who will be responsible for designing, developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies to identify users through our brand’s as well as our clients’ brands’ core marketing channels. You will lead the development of performance activity within your own team and wider teams while managing relationships with key partner contacts ensuring that strategies are aligned with the overarching business objectives.
The ideal candidate is one who is action-oriented, organized operationally, and who likes to take initiative in optimising a brand’s performance marketing approach.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong and polished communicator working with internal (team members) and external stakeholders (founders, managing directors, brands’ performance channel heads) across their entirety of marketing channels (Paid Social, PPC, SEO, CRM and Partnerships).

Responsibilities
Ownership and accountability of performance channels against goals & KPIsChallenging performance with clients and internally to ensure KPIs and targets are reached Leading on all strategic decision making across clients’ core paid social as well as PPC presenceSigning off on creative channel needs in line with brands’ mission, vision and guidelinesInitiating relationships, with new and existing clientsNurturing network & partner relationshipsEnsuring that all client work is continually reviewed in terms of delivery and profitabilityManaging/developing junior team members across clients and in-houseBuilding relationships with internal & client stakeholdersLeading and supporting the existing team/wider teams, enabling their progressionDelivering industry insight and thought leadership across paid media, SEO, affiliates and partnershipsBeing an expert and providing performance channel expertise in client meetings and pitches
Your Background
An expert in Performance Marketing, proven track record of managing global programs Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-starter and you love taking ownership of processes and projects Able to inspire, motivate and engage with people Able to drive initiatives
through and resolve obstacles/blockers effectively Positive in nature, able to both develop and get the best out of those around them An expert in providing digitally based campaigns and solutions
through performance / acquisition channels Strategy and planning, with the ability to demonstrate intelligent and outside the box approaches to previous client needs Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable presenting at all levels Ability to think both creatively and commercially Happy to work at both strategic and operational levels and keen to get fully stuck in across a variety of brands and industries at different levels of growth and maturityExperience of new product development
