Job DescriptionWorking for a well-known, high-growth subscription-based business, the Head of Performance Marketing will lead the performance marketing strategy for the UK, managing a team across paid media, SEO, affiliates, direct mail and CRM.The Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for:Leading the marketing strategy across paid media (paid search / PPC, paid social, display), SEO, affiliates, direct mail and CRMLeading and motivating a high performing team of marketersManaging agencies for appropriate channelsWorking cross functionally with other heads of departmentsManaging an 8-figure marketing budgetThe Head of Performance Marketing will have:Strong digital marketing experience across most if, not all channels mentioned Experience managing and motivating a high performing teamStrong preference for having come from a subscription based business e.g. TV, entertainment, telco / telecoms, utilities, etc.Great analytical skills and data driven mindsetStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsCome from roles like Head of Digital Marketing, Head of Customer Acquisition, Online Marketing Director, etc.This is a great opportunity for a talented Head of Performance Marketing to join a company going through huge growth, with big opportunity for progression.Head of Performance Marketing£110k + bonus + benefitsLondon / Hybrid
