Head of Performance Marketing (Hybrid - Cardiff)Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar/senior roleExperience within an agency is requiredThis is a hybrid role (our office is based in Cardiff)Salary up to £38,000 p/aDescriptionWebBox is looking for a creative thinking, data-driven, hardworking, experienced and client-facing Head of Performance Marketing to lead the Performance Marketing team in Cardiff.Working closely with other members of the Paid Ads team, the candidate will be involved in the strategy, implementation, management, and reporting of our client’s performance marketing campaigns, alongside leading the Performance Marketing. The role will be split 75/25 between campaign management and team lead respectively, with the intention to flip this split as the team grows.The candidate must be able to lead a small team, with great communication skills, in order to meet our client’s advertising objectives, expectations and timescales.It would be expected that the candidate has held a similar/senior role with another agency, or freelance equivalent.
