Our client is a fast-paced, high-growth creative agency servicing eCommerce clients around the globe. They’ve revolutionized the DTC space with their innovative subscription service that delivers beautiful direct response creative for paid social every month. Their client roster includes renowned brands like Victoria’s Secret, AllSaints, Huel, Freddie’s Flowers, Wild, and many more.We’re searching for an experienced Head of Performance with extensive client experience to join their award-winning creative agency. You’ll oversee key clients and the broader client strategy and performance teams to drive client outcomes and retention.What You’ll Do:
Drive Client Performance: Stay on top of client KPIs and objectives, nurturing relationships, and working closely with the performance team to deliver successful outcomes.
Creative Delivery: Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all creative projects, aligning with client expectations and objectives.
Retention and LTV: Listen to client needs, drive up-sell opportunities, and develop plans to enhance client retention and lifetime value.
Client Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies for our clients, ensuring consistent delivery of results.
Service Delivery & Retention: Strengthen our approach to scaling paid social, ad testing methodology, and key creative principles.
Relationship Building: Manage and strengthen client relationships, identifying areas for growth and providing training and guidance to the client team.
Revenue Growth: Lead and drive revenue growth through identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Client Retention: Ensure high client engagement and satisfaction, taking ownership of retention across the business.
Strategic Leadership: Work with the C-Suite to build financial models, optimize processes, guide hiring, and develop organizational structures.
What You’ll Need: Proven experience in a senior client-facing role within an agency or senior marketing role with a brand. Experience with clients spending over £100k per month on paid social and an understanding of the associated challenges. Confidence in communicating with high-profile clients and internal teams, even during difficult conversations. A strong creative eye and strategic mindset. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Clear and effective communication skills with a positive and professional demeanour. Industry-leading understanding of digital marketing and social media. Intense attention to detail and ability to solve problems under pressure. Ability to work independently and within a team at a high level.
